 We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred event date. Availability is not guaranteed until your signed agreement and required retainer are received. 

 Pricing depends on the size and style of your installation, balloon colors, backdrop selections, specialty balloons, personalized details, delivery, setup, and other custom elements. Packages start at the prices listed above, and a custom quote will be provided based on your event needs. 

 Yes. A signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Submitting a quote request does not reserve your date. 

 Yes. Professional setup is included with our balloon décor packages. Delivery or travel fees may apply depending on your event location and setup requirements. 

  Absolutely! We customize your balloon décor to complement your event colors, theme, and overall vision. You can also upload inspiration photos when requesting your quote. 

  Yes, depending on the location and weather conditions. Outdoor balloons can be affected by heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, and humidity. Adjustments may be necessary to help protect the quality and safety of your installation. 

 Yes. Florals, greenery, personalized signage, specialty balloons, additional balloon footage, and other design elements can be added to customize your décor. Additional charges may apply. 

  The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Events booked within 7 days may require payment in full at the time of booking.
