CUSTOM CAKES & SWEET TREATS

 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom cake or dessert order and reserve your event date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 

 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your scheduled event. 

 If the remaining balance has not been paid by 4 days before the event, a one-time late payment fee of 15% of the outstanding balance will be applied. 

If the remaining balance, including any applicable late payment fee, has not been paid in full by 2 days before the scheduled event, the order will be canceled. The initial 50% deposit will remain non-refundable.

All custom orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Flour with a Twist. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to our ordering and payment policies, provided these terms were disclosed before payment.

For approved rush orders placed fewer than 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, full payment, including the applicable rush fee, is required at confirmation. These orders are exempt from the standard 7-day remaining-balance deadline.

Customers who wish to cancel an order must notify Flour with a Twist as soon as possible.

Refund decisions will consider the cancellation date, ingredients and supplies already purchased, preparation or design work completed, and other expenses associated with the order.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Customers will be notified of the decision following the review. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Refunds of additional payments are not guaranteed.

Requests to reschedule an order must be submitted as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If the new date is available, payments already received may be transferred to the rescheduled order. Additional charges may apply if changes affect the original order.

Changes to cake designs, dessert quantities, flavors, colors, or other order details must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event.

All changes are subject to approval and may result in additional charges. Requests made within 7 days of the event may not be accommodated.

In the unlikely event that Flour with a Twist must cancel a confirmed order due to circumstances beyond our control, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Any payments received for the canceled order will be refunded in full.

Rush orders follow the same cancellation and refund review process as standard orders. The initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable. Payments beyond the deposit, including rush fees, will be reviewed for potential refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Decisions will consider the cancellation date, ingredients and supplies purchased, preparation completed, and other expenses associated with the order. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Flour with a Twist accepts secure credit and debit card payments through GoDaddy Payments. Once your custom cake or dessert order is approved, you will receive a personalized payment link for your required deposit or remaining balance.

Cash App and Zelle are also available as payment options. Payment details will be provided directly after your order has been reviewed and approved. Please include your full name and order reference number with your payment. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified.

Customers may arrange to pick up their custom cakes and desserts at an agreed-upon date and time. Pickup details will be provided when the order is confirmed. Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window.

Flour with a Twist offers local delivery for custom cakes and desserts, subject to availability and location. Delivery arrangements must be confirmed in advance. Delivery is not guaranteed until approved by Flour with a Twist.

Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location, distance, and order requirements. Any applicable delivery fee will be included in your custom quote and confirmed before payment.

If you are unable to meet your scheduled pickup or delivery time, please contact Flour with a Twist as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability. Additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply and will be communicated before any new arrangements are confirmed.

Once an order has been received, customers are responsible for following the handling, transportation, and storage instructions provided by Flour with a Twist. Cakes and desserts should be kept in appropriate conditions to maintain their quality and appearance. Please contact us promptly if you notice any concerns upon receipt.

Custom cake and dessert orders should be placed at least 14 days before the requested pickup or delivery date.

Orders requested with fewer than 14 days' notice are subject to the following rush fees:

• 7–13 days: $25
• 3–6 days: $40
• 1–2 days: $50

All rush orders are subject to availability and approval by Flour with a Twist. Rush fees will be included in the customer's quote before payment. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.

Approved rush orders placed 7–13 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days before the event.

Approved orders placed fewer than 7 days before pickup or delivery must be paid in full at confirmation, including the applicable rush fee.
