Definitely! We will do as much, or as little, as you want us to do during the wedding planning process. We always ask you what you want and we then make our suggestions to you.
As soon as you get engaged is recommended. Dates are booked well in advance and the sooner we begin planning, the better! If you are interested in the Signature Package, we recommend booking as soon as you have secured your date & venue
Our Partial Wedding Planning Package is perfect for couples who have already (or intend to) secured their venue, caterer, and rentals independently. The Full Planning Package is intended to support for a longer time period and offer support in all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, caterer research, booking, and menu finalization, and rental equipment planning and booking.
Anywhere from 9-12 months prior to the wedding date is a good time to start planning. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to be planning for too long. I do recommend hiring your wedding coordinator right away, even for the ‘month of/day of’ package. You’ll want to get a contract signed to ensure the coordinator is available for your wedding date
Yes! We love destination weddings.
We accept cash, checks, and Paypal. We do require an initial down payment to hold the date. We will then work with you to create a payment schedule that will work for you.
The next step would be to meet in person or Via Zoom to make sure that our personalities mesh and that we would both like to work together. If we find that we are a good fit for each other then we will sign the contract and start planning your fabulous wedding!
