Absolutely! Your event is your vision. We’ll provide professional guidance, recommendations, and support throughout the planning process while keeping you involved in the decisions that matter most. Our goal is to bring your vision to life while making the planning experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. 

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Weddings and larger events are typically booked several months in advance, while smaller celebrations may require less planning time. Availability varies, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as you have your event date in mind. 

Our Partial Planning service is ideal for clients who have already completed some of the planning but need professional guidance and support to bring everything together. Full-Service Planning provides more comprehensive assistance throughout the planning process, from developing your vision and selecting vendors to managing details, timelines, and event-day coordination. Services may vary based on the package selected. 

Yes! Oasys Event Planning is available for select weddings and events outside of our local service area. Travel, mileage, lodging, and other related fees may apply depending on the event location. Contact us with your event details for availability and a customized quote. 

Yes. A signed service agreement and required retainer are needed to officially reserve your event date. Your date is not secured until both have been received. The remaining balance and payment schedule will be outlined in your agreement. 

 We offer convenient payment options for our clients. Payment schedules may be available depending on your selected service and event date. All required retainers, payment due dates, and final balance information will be outlined in your service agreement 

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll begin with a consultation to discuss your event, vision, needs, and selected services. After confirming availability, you’ll receive a service agreement outlining your package, pricing, retainer, and payment schedule. Your event date is officially reserved once the required agreement and retainer have been received.
